Nickelodeon’s BAFTA award winning movie-star and children’s television sensation SpongeBob SquarePants and his best-friend Patrick Starfish are thrilled to announce that this Easter weekend (Saturday 21- Monday 24 March 2008) they will be hosting the year’s biggest ‘Family Reunion’, when SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Starfish unite with their extended marine family to appear at the all new SEA LIFE Centre ‘Family Reunion’ at Chessington World of Adventures & Zoo.

Swimming in from their hometown deep in the Pacific Ocean called Bikini Bottom Bay, SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Starfish will be appearing at the SEA LIFE Centre for their ‘Family Reunion’ and joining their fascinating and unusual family from around the world; including tiny shrimps and starfish to magnificent sharks and stingrays. The SEA LIFE Centre will also be giving visitors to the weekend long ‘Family Reunion’ event the chance to meet the Nickelodeon characters and win exclusive Nickelodeon merchandise.

The all new SEA LIFE Centre includes a gigantic 250,000 litre aquarium and 20 different display tanks, plus interactive ‘rockpools’ and fun exhibitions which bring visitors of all ages nose to nose with the wide range of unusual and tropical sea creatures and species. SpongeBob SquarePants and park visitors will also journey through the SEA LIFE Centre world famous ocean tank, which allows guests to walkthrough the bottom of the ocean as the marine life swim over their heads.
